Real Estate Agent

For Lisa Cashion, every real estate transaction is an opportunity to transform her client’s life for the better.  She enjoys helping both new and seasoned buyers and sellers to make smart real estate decisions.  Patient, calm under pressure, and a person who naturally puts others at ease, Lisa devotes her real estate practice to ensuring her clients experience a smooth – and even enjoyable – real estate transaction.

She’s a research-driven Realtor with a genuine talent for intently listening and assessing the most important priorities for each client.  The result is a tight focus on homes her clients genuinely love, can afford, and can become the springboard for their futures.   Lisa’s clients can count on her being easily reachable, to present all the information they need to make an informed and timely decision, and to ensure their wants and needs are met at the negotiating table.

Real estate is her family business.  Her mother was a Realtor with Beth Wolff Realtors for over 25 years.  Since joining the firm, she carries on the tradition of helping Houston families find their perfect home.  Being a native Houstonian, she blends her excellent knowledge of the market with an abiding affection for her hometown.  She acts as a resource for her clients, eager to impart insider knowledge on local amenities, move-in issues, and other things that might not come up until after the deal is closed.

Lisa’s background in executive management has imbued her with excellent communication and negotiation skills that serve her well as a Realtor and have earned accolades from both clients and other agents. Motivated by the intellectual puzzle that is Houston’s real estate market and where it meets customer demands, Lisa spends all the time necessary to find the right home for every family or individual.

When she’s not working, Lisa enjoys cooking, DIY, interior design and spending time with her family and friends.   She is active in the Houston Congregation for Reform Judaism and the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
